Job summary

Alsco Uniforms seeks a results-driven Sales Consultant to drive branch growth in the Winston-Salem, NC area. You will train under a Regional Sales Manager, identify and secure new customers, and present tailored linen, uniform and facility service solutions across industries.

Daily activities include building a sales pipeline, meeting weekly quotas via Salesforce, collaborating with internal teams, and a strong emphasis on customer relationships and safe, professional service delivery.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to manage time and territory effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects, cold calling, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored proposals.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas by proactively managing your Salesforce sales funnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.
• Prepare for and participate in weekly branch growth meetings to outline your upcoming customer installations.
• Foster strong relationships with new customers to ensure smooth transition to service team.
• Safely operate a company vehicle and follow all policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
