Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive branch growth. You will report to a Regional Sales Manager, complete a 13-week training, then identify and secure new customers across industries including food & beverage, industrial and healthcare, offering tailored linen, uniform, and facility services.

Daily responsibilities include building a pipeline, meeting quotas, managing Salesforce, onboarding new customers, and traveling within the territory with a company

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or business development.
• Ability to meet weekly quotas and manage pipeline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects, cold calling, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored proposals.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas by proactively managing your Salesforce sales funnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.
• Prepare for and participate in weekly branch growth meetings to outline upcoming customer installations.
• Foster strong relationships with new customers to ensure smooth transition to service team.
