Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Sales Consultant in Bethlehem to drive top-line growth for the local branch. You will report to a Regional Sales Manager, complete a 13‑week training, and then identify and close new business in food & beverage, industrial, and healthcare sectors.

You’ll manage a Salesforce-driven funnel, build client relationships, and collaborate with teams to onboard customers while travelling daily within your territory.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and colleagues.
• Motivated, results-driven mindset with time and territory management skills.
• Desire to utilize the company CRM to drive results.
• Proven history of successful sales experience and discipline to meet weekly goals.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects and presenting tailored proposals.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas by managing the Salesforce funnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new customers.
• Prepare for and participate in weekly branch growth meetings.
• Foster strong relationships with new customers during transition to service team.
