Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Dallas, TX seeks a Sales Consultant to drive top-line growth. You will identify prospects, close new business, and deliver tailored linen, uniform, and facility services solutions across food & beverage, industrial, and healthcare sectors.

After a 13-week training period, you’ll build relationships, meet financial goals, and help the branch grow, supported by a dedicated team and robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and colleagues.
• Proven history of successful sales experience and desire to meet weekly goals.
• Desire to effectively utilize the company CRM to drive your results.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects, cold calling, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored proposals.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas by proactively managing your Salesforce sales funnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.
• Prepare for and participate in weekly branch growth meetings to outline upcoming customer installations.
• Foster strong relationships with new customers to ensure smooth transition to service team.
