Alsco Uniforms is hiring a Sales Consultant in Pompano Beach, FL to drive branch growth by identifying prospects, closing new business, and delivering tailored linen and facility services solutions across industries.

After a 13-week training, you will build relationships with customers in food & beverage, industrial, and healthcare sectors and work with a dedicated team to meet financial goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven history of successful sales experience and ability to meet/exceed weekly goals.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects, cold calling, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored proposals.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas by managing your Salesforce funnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new customers smoothly.
• Prepare for and participate in weekly branch growth meetings to outline upcoming installations.
• Foster strong relationships with new customers to ensure smooth transition to service teams.
