Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education and training.
• 3+ years of sales experience in a hunting capacity preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell annual pond and lake management services to clients in assigned region.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Develop territory growth plans and manage prospective customers via Salesforce CRM.
• Secure client appointments through targeted prospecting and lead generation.
• Meet with prospective clients and close sales; coordinate with operations for service delivery.
• Travel as needed to cover territory and participate in events.
