Rentokil North America, Inc. in Chicago seeks a Business Development Consultant to lead the sale of pond and lake management services. You will develop a territory growth plan, prospect clients, and drive growth in the assigned region.

You will meet quarterly and annual sales targets, secure appointments, and coordinate with operations to ensure timely service delivery. Travel up to 20% is expected; Salesforce experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience, education and training.
• 3+ years of sales experience in hunting capacity preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and work in a field role.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Sell annual pond and lake management services for the industry leader.
• Achieve Quarterly and Annual Sales Targets.
• Develop a territory growth plan and manage prospective client lifecycle via Salesforce CRM.
• Secure prospective client appointments via targeted prospecting and other strategies.
• Meet with prospective clients to secure their business and close sales.
• Coordinate with operations to meet timelines and deliverables.
