Job summary

Rentokil North America in Indianapolis seeks a results-oriented Business Development Consultant to drive sales of pond and lake management services. You will be the first contact for prospects, develop territory plans, and secure appointments while hitting quarterly targets and coordinating with operations to deliver value.

Travel up to 20% is required, and Salesforce CRM proficiency along with strong business acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of sales experience in a hunting capacity preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 20% as needed.
• Proficient in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to expand customer base.
• Act as first point of contact with customers in the territory.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Manage prospects lifecycle using Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect via targeted outreach and lead generation.
• Coordinate with operations to meet client timelines.
• Travel up to 20% to visit clients.
