Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Consultant to drive growth in an assigned region by selling pond and lake management services to commercial clients and homeowners associations.

You will execute sales plans, manage the customer lifecycle via Salesforce CRM, and collaborate with operations to meet timelines and deliverables while pursuing aggressive quarterly and annual targets, with travel up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience, education and training.
• 3+ years of sales experience in a hunting capacity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell annual pond and lake management services for the industry leader.
• Achieve Quarterly and Annual Sales Targets.
• Develop a territory growth plan and manage prospective customer lifecycle via Salesforce CRM.
• Secure prospective client appointments via targeted prospecting, drop-offs, cold calling, and other selling strategies.
• Prepare for appointments by researching prospects, tailoring sales materials, and leveraging resources.
• Meet with prospective clients to secure their business and complete the sales process.
• Coordinate with operations to meet timelines and deliverables.
