Rentokil North America is seeking a Business Development Consultant to drive sales in an assigned region. You will be the first contact for customers, developing strategies to grow the customer base and achieve profitability in line with company goals.

The role requires 3+ years’ sales experience, strong business acumen, and proficiency with Salesforce CRM. Travel up to 20% and a valid driver’s license are expected as part of the job.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience, education and training.
• 3+ years of sales experience in hunting capacity preferred.
• Strong business acumen with background in sales, relationship development and/or excellent customer experience.

Mansioni

• Sell annual pond and lake management services for the industry leader.
• Achieve Quarterly and Annual Sales Targets.
• Develop a territory growth plan and manage prospective customer lifecycle via Salesforce CRM.
• Secure prospective client appointments via targeted prospecting, drop-offs, cold calling, and other selling strategies.
• Prepare for appointments by researching prospects and tailoring sales materials.
