You will receive comprehensive training to reach out to small and medium-sized businesses, and engage decision-makers through both one-on-one discussions and group presentations.

Role involves scheduling meetings, building a client portfolio, and meeting monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willing to obtain (course provided, fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand your territory network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with owners; re-service existing clients.
