Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level Territory Sales Representative in the United States with the autonomy to manage your own schedule and expand into new markets. You will be trained to present supplemental insurance solutions to business owners and their workforce, with opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Daily activities include field visits, client meetings, and virtual lead-building using Salesforce, delivering product showcases to groups, and achieving sales

Qualifications

• Background check cleared at a high level.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willing to obtain (study course provided) and state licensing fees reimbursement.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience in sales or athletic background considered.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners.
• Build and manage your client portfolio.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with the team.
• Plan weekly schedule and report it to your manager.
• Record daily activity and sales stats.
