Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise in Alabama seeks an entry-level Territory Sales Representative to drive outreach to small and medium businesses and introduce top-tier supplemental insurance solutions. You will receive comprehensive training and manage your own schedule, with autonomy to conquer new territories and build a client portfolio.

You will use Salesforce CRM to generate leads, schedule meetings, and deliver product showcases to decision-makers and groups of 50–100+.

Qualifications

• Background check must be passed.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (course provided and license fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience, with related sales or athletic background considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, and re-service existing clients.
• Develop and grow your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to manager.
• Record daily activity and sales stats at close of day.
