Altitude Development Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive outreach and client engagement within your assigned territory. You will contact small to medium-sized business owners, schedule meetings, and present Altitude's insurance solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

You will thrive if you enjoy building relationships, balancing teamwork with individual achievement, and you seek growth through training, incentives, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Existing sales experience in outside/territory roles is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead generation and cold calling in your assigned territory.
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
• Present insurance solutions and close sales while building a personal book of business.
• Submit daily sales metrics and activity to management.
