Job summary

Altitude Development Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to join our Utah team. You’ll engage small to medium-sized business owners and decision-makers in your assigned territory, make cold calls, set up face-to-face meetings, and present Altitude’s insurance solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

You’ll build relationships, manage a personal book of business, and work with a collaborative team that rewards initiative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional sales experience.
• Licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing to obtain license) with licensing reimbursement offered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Outside sales in assigned territory, calling on small to medium-sized businesses.
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with decision-makers.
• Present insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
• Build and maintain your own book of business.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals and quotas.
• Set and submit weekly working hours to manager.
