Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking motivated individuals for an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate role in the Dalton, GA area. You will independently manage a designated sales territory, prospecting new clients, building relationships with small to mid-size businesses, and presenting Altitude's insurance solutions.

Cold calling will be central, with a focus on resilience and persistence in turning objections into opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional outside sales experience required.
• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain; license reimbursement offered.

Responsibilities

• Prospect within designated territory using cold calls, networking, and lead generation techniques.
• Engage with business owners and decision-makers to present insurance solutions.
• Close deals and ensure clients understand the value of offerings.
• Schedule and conduct follow-up meetings to solidify relationships and long-term commitments.
• Build and manage your own book of business and hit monthly/quarterly targets.
