Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to own and develop a designated business territory in the United States. You’ll manage your schedule, cold call clients, and meet decision-makers to present Altitude’s insurance solutions, aiming to close deals with a personal, goal-driven approach.

You will be trained via virtual classrooms and hands-on field work, earning draw pay with bonuses and growth opportunities as your book of business expands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional outside sales experience.
• Licensed Health & Life general lines, or willingness to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop your own sales territory with full autonomy.
• Build and nurture relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Conduct cold calls and in-person meetings to present Altitude's offerings.
• Identify client needs and deliver customized solutions.
• Set and exceed personal sales goals and quotas.

4+ years outside sales experience
