Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive growth in your assigned territory. You will prospect, build relationships with small to medium-sized businesses, and close sales while staying persistent in the face of rejection.

Responsibilities include independent territory management, setting appointments, and following up to secure long-term client commitments, all while developing your sales skills and knowledge of our insurance solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or at least 4 years of outside sales experience.
• Licensed Health & Life producer or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement provided).
• Outside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: identify and reach out to potential clients in your territory.
• Relationship Building: engage with business owners and decision-makers and present solutions.
• Closing Sales: leverage resilience to close deals and ensure value is understood.
• Follow-ups: schedule and conduct follow-up meetings to secure commitments.
