Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate in Albany, GA to drive outreach and growth for our insurance solutions. You will call on small and medium businesses, present to owners and benefits managers, and manage your own territory with autonomy and accountability.

You will engage in cold outreach, build relationships, and close opportunities while attending training and earning advancement through performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or business-to-business selling.
• Ability to engage business owners and decision-makers directly.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life producer license if not already licensed.

Responsibilities

• Sell supplemental insurance products to small and mid-sized businesses.
• Meet with business owners and decision-makers face-to-face.
• Manage your own territory and develop new opportunities.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
• Set your own hours and report to sales manager weekly.
• Build and maintain a book of business and achieve sales targets.
