Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive outreach in your assigned territory, engaging small to medium business owners and decision-makers. You will conduct cold calls, arrange meetings, and present Altitude's insurance solutions in a way that fits each client's needs.

You'll develop relationships, balance team goals with individual achievement, and grow with a supportive, collaborative team that rewards performance and offers training and advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of outside sales experience.
• Already licensed in Health & Life lines or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling and set up face-to-face meetings with business owners.
• Present Altitude's insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
• Build and maintain your own book of business.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
• Set your own schedule and report hours weekly.
