Altitude is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive outreach to local business owners and decision-makers within a defined territory. You will cold call, schedule face-to-face meetings, and present Altitude's insurance solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

You will build relationships, balance independent achievement with team collaboration, and work in a supportive environment that emphasizes personal growth.

Qualifikationen

• Candidates should be natural communicators who can build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Willing to grow personally and professionally with team support.
• Licensed Health & Life producer license or willingness to obtain, with licensing reimbursement offered.

Aufgaben

• Conduct outreach to small and medium businesses within a defined territory.
• Set up face-to-face meetings and present insurance solutions to decision-makers.
• Manage a book of business and meet monthly/quarterly targets with coachable discipline.
• Balance cold outreach with warm leads and appointments to maximize conversions.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
• Collaborate with team and manager to plan territory growth.
