Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive growth in a designated sales territory. You will prospect, build relationships with small to mid-size businesses, and leverage cold calls to generate opportunities while staying resilient in the face of rejection.

In this role you will manage your own book of business, set your weekly hours, and report metrics daily. Training, advancement, and incentive programs are offered to support rapid development and success.

Qualifications

• Licensed Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain the license.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years outside sales experience.
• Outside sales environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect within your territory using cold calls, networking, and lead gen techniques.
• Build and nurture relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Close sales and communicate value to clients clearly.
• Schedule follow-up meetings to reinforce relationships and commitments.
• Maintain your own book of business and hit monthly targets.
• Set weekly schedules and report activity to management.
