Altitude Development Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive outreach to small and medium-sized business owners in your assigned territory. You will cold call, set up meetings, and present insurance solutions tailored to each client.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and rapport-building abilities.
• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or able to obtain license.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional outside sales experience.
• Able to set own schedules and manage time effectively.

Responsabilités

• Outside sales in your own territory targeting small and medium businesses.
• Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients.
• Set follow-up appointments and review client needs.
• Present insurance solutions to business owners and decision-makers.
• Build and maintain a personal book of business.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals with your manager.
• Develop relationships with local business owners in your territory.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
