Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate in Colorado to drive growth in your assigned territory. You’ll hit the street, make cold calls, and meet with business owners and decision-makers to present Altitude's supplemental insurance solutions.

You’ll schedule follow-ups, build your own book of business, and work with a sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets. A bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant experience is required, with licensing reimbursement

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell outside in your assigned territory to small/medium businesses.
• Meet with business owners and decision-makers face-to-face.
• Present supplemental insurance products and services to employees.
• Set follow-up appointments and manage a book of business.
• Collaborate with sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Develop relationships with local business owners and schedule work hours.
