Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive outreach to small and medium-sized business owners in your assigned territory. You will cold call, set up in-person meetings, and present Altitude's health and life insurance solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional (post-high school) work experience in outside sales.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Natural rapport-building with clients and colleagues.

Aufgaben

• Lead outbound sales efforts in assigned territory with a focus on small to medium-sized business owners.
• Set up face-to-face meetings, present insurance solutions, and advance the sales cycle.
• Manage a personal book of business and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Coordinate with benefits managers and employees to tailor product offerings.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily and track progress with the team.
