Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive outreach by calling on small and medium-sized businesses and presenting Altitude's insurance solutions tailored to each client’s needs. You will engage with owners and decision-makers in your territory, balancing teamwork with individual achievement.

You will build relationships, schedule face-to-face meetings, and work to expand your personal book of business, with training and support to help you grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Already licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing and able to obtain Health & Life producer license - licensing reimbursement offered)
• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional (post-high school) work experience with relevant outside sales experience

Responsibilities

• Call on small and medium-sized businesses, offering supplemental insurance products and services
• Meet with business owners and decision-makers for product presentations
• Build and maintain your own book of business
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily
• Set your working hours and coordinate with your sales manager
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas
• Develop relationships with local business owners in your territory
