Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive outreach in your assigned territory. You will engage with small to medium-sized business owners, perform cold calling, set up face-to-face meetings, and present Altitude's insurance solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

You will nurture relationships, balance cold and warm leads, and work with the team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets while growing your professional skill set in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Natural communicators who can build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to grow personally and professionally.
• Licensing readiness or active Health & Life license (or willingness to obtain) and licensing reimbursement offered.

Responsibilities

• Outside sales in assigned territory; train to call on small/medium businesses.
• Meet with owners and decision-makers; present insurance solutions.
• Build and maintain your own book of business and generate leads.
