Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an ambitious, entry-level outside sales professional to target small and medium-sized businesses with leading supplemental insurance products. Training is provided, and prior sales experience is not required.

You will engage with business owners and decision-makers, often presenting to groups of 50–100+ people, and build a growing client portfolio within your territory.

Qualifications

• Entry-level sales role with comprehensive training.
• Prior sales experience not required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain; course provided; license fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your client base.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and submit weekly schedules to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
