Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC seeks an entry-level Territory-based Sales Representative to drive the introduction of supplemental insurance solutions to small and mid-size businesses and their employees. You will receive comprehensive training and have autonomy to manage your schedule while expanding your client base and presenting to groups of 50–100+ as needed.

Qualifications

• Background check with no disqualifying issues.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willingness to obtain; training provided).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your territory network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, and follow up on referrals.
• Develop and maintain your own client portfolio; meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to manager; track daily activity.

Education

Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience
