Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive growth in your assigned Texas territory. You will hit the field, cold call businesses, and engage decision-makers to present Altitude's insurance solutions and services.

You will build your own book of business, work toward monthly and quarterly targets, and participate in training and development programs. This role offers draw pay, commissions, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of professional outside sales experience.
• Experience in outside sales to small and mid-sized businesses preferred.
• Ability to build and manage a personal book of business.

Responsibilities

• Call on new businesses and referrals, in person or by phone.
• Schedule follow-ups and close sales to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Develop relationships with local business owners in your territory.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
