Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional outside sales experience.
• Licensed Health & Life producer or willing to obtain license, with licensing reimbursement offered.
• Willing to maintain a book of business and meet monthly/quarterly targets.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and reach out to potential clients within territory via cold calls, networking.
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Close sales and ensure clients understand value.
• Schedule follow-up meetings to solidify commitments.
