Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to cover a local sales territory with a focus on small and medium businesses. You will engage directly with business owners, present insurance solutions, and drive growth in your assigned area.

You will train in sales techniques, manage your own schedule, and work toward monthly and quarterly targets while building a robust book of business and developing relationships with clients.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional outside sales experience.
• Already licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).

Responsabilidades

• Respond to general emails and phone calls from clients.
• Set follow-up appointments with prospective and current clients.
• Be present on scheduled calls or meetings with management or sales team.
• Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients needing re-service.
• Build and maintain your own book of business.
• Meet with sales team manager to discuss monthly/quarterly target goals.
• Develop relationships with local business owners in your territory.
• Set your own scheduled working hours and report them weekly.
• Follow up on provided sales leads and cold-call on businesses in person.
• Submit your sales metrics and activity daily.
