Altitude Development Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate in Utah to lead outreach in a defined territory. You will engage small to medium-sized business owners and decision-makers, performing cold calling, scheduling face-to-face meetings, and presenting Altitude's insurance solutions tailored to client needs.

Qualifications

• Strong communicator with ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Outside sales experience or aptitude for field sales preferred.
• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).

Responsabilités

• Respond to general emails and phone calls from clients.
• Set follow-up appointments with prospective and current clients.
• Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients who need to be reserviced.
• Build and maintain your own book of business.
• Meet with sales team manager to discuss monthly and quarterly targets and quotas.
• Develop relationships with local business owners in your territory.
• Set your own scheduled working hours and submit them weekly.
• Submit your sales metrics and activity daily.
