Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking entry-level Territory Sales Associates to drive growth in your assigned market. You will build relationships with small to mid-sized businesses, prospecting and presenting Altitude's insurance solutions.

This outside sales role trains you through virtual classrooms and hands-on territory work. Expect weekly draw pay, performance-based bonuses, and opportunities for advancement within a collaborative, family-like culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional outside sales experience.
• Already licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing and able to obtain license).

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and reaching out to potential clients within your territory.
• Engaging with business owners and decision-makers to present Altitude's insurance solutions.
• Closing deals and scheduling follow-up meetings to secure long-term commitments.
• Setting your own scheduled working hours and submitting them to your sales manager weekly.
• Building and maintaining your own book of business.
• Meet with sales team manager to discuss monthly and quarterly targets and quotas.
• Follow up on provided sales leads and balance cold and warm outreach.
