Altitude Development Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate in Georgia. You will drive outreach, cold-call potential clients, and present our insurance solutions to business owners and decision-makers. Expect autonomy in managing your territory with training, support, and a path to growth.

You should be ready to work in a fast-paced environment, build relationships, and close deals. Licensing in Health & Life or willingness to obtain it is required or reimbursed by the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or at least 4 years of professional outside sales experience.
• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Proven ability to work in an outside sales role within a defined territory.

Responsibilities

• Respond to general emails and phone calls from clients.
• Set follow-up appointments with prospective and current clients to review needs.
• Be present on scheduled calls or meetings with sales team or manager.
• Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients who need to be resourced.
• Build and maintain your own book of business.
• Discuss monthly/quarterly target sales goals with manager.
• Develop relationships with local business owners in your territory.
• Set your own scheduled working hours and submit them weekly.
• Follow up on provided sales leads and balance cold and warm prospecting.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
