Job summary

Altitude is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive outreach, engage small to medium business owners, and present Altitude's Insurance solutions. You will split time between recruiting new clients and nurturing existing relationships, with a focus on building a personal sales book within your territory.

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional outside sales experience.
• Health & Life license or willingness to obtain (licensing reimbursement)

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and reach decision-makers in assigned territory.
• Set up face-to-face meetings and present Altitude's Insurance solutions.
• Build and maintain your own book of business in the territory.
• Schedule and track activities, meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
