Altitude Development Group is hiring an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to lead outreach within a defined territory, engaging small and mid-sized business owners and decision-makers to present Altitude's insurance solutions. You will train in a supportive environment, calling on prospects, scheduling face-to-face meetings, and delivering tailored presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional outside sales experience.
• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or able to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).

Responsibilities

• Outside sales in your assigned territory.
• Call on small/med businesses and decision-makers to present insurance solutions.
• Set follow-up appointments to review client needs and progress.
• Meet with business owners, benefits managers, and employees; deliver product presentations.
• Build and maintain your own book of business.
• Discuss monthly/quarterly targets with manager and adjust plans.
• Develop relationships with local business owners and balance cold/warm leads.
