Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain) with study course provided and license fees reimbursed.
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.

Aufgaben

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand your network within territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand clients' insurance needs.
• Visit local businesses, build relationships, and reservice existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Record daily sales activity and provide weekly schedule to manager.
