Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of post‑high school work experience with sales or athletic background will be considered
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build genuine connections quickly
• Background in competitive sports, coaching, athletics, or leadership roles is a plus

Responsabilités

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client portfolio
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present solutions
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with the sales manager and team
• Visit new businesses to build relationships with owners and key staff
• Collaborate with the team to set and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
• Plan your weekly schedule and submit it for approval
• Record daily activities and sales metrics each day
