Job summary

IDT Corporation, via its National Retail Solutions portfolio, is seeking a hybrid Retail Account Manager to drive sales of POS, merchant services, and cash advances while managing existing telecom and financial products across a territory.

The role blends consultative selling with ongoing account management, emphasizing weekly retail visits, onboarding, and hands-on support. A dynamic, growth-oriented environment with uncapped commission opportunities awaits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, outside sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred to support diverse customers.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable car, and willingness to travel daily door-to-door.

Responsibilities

• Drive NRS product sales for POS devices, merchant services, and cash advances to new and existing retail accounts.
• Manage an assigned route with weekly store visits to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
• Open new retail doors by prospecting and going door-to-door in the territory.
• Onboard and support customers through the merchant application process and basic tech support.
