Job summary

IDT Corporation / National Retail Solutions (NRS) is seeking a Hybrid Retail Account Manager to drive sales of NRS POS, merchant services and cash advances while managing and growing the existing telecom and financial services products in your territory.

You will visit retail stores on a weekly cycle, prospect new doors, onboard customers, and provide light troubleshooting while ensuring high satisfaction and accurate inventory management.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable car; ability to travel daily.

Responsibilities

• Drive NRS product sales of POS, Merchant Services and Cash Advances.
• Manage an assigned route with regular store visits and upsell opportunities.
• Open new retail doors; prospect and expand presence in territory.
• Onboard and support customers, guide merchant applications, provide light tech support.
• Handle operations and inventory using IDT's accounting system.
