Job summary

IDT Corporation / National Retail Solutions (NRS) is seeking a Hybrid Retail Account Manager to drive NRS POS, merchant services, and cash advances while managing a territory and expanding IDT’s presence. You’ll visit retail stores regularly, onboard merchants, and support them through the application process and light tech support.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in retail or outside sales, is bilingual in English/Spanish, and can travel daily with a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Valid driver's license, reliable car, willing to travel daily.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong presentation and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive NRS product sales to new and existing accounts (POS, merchant services, cash advances).
• Manage an assigned route with weekly store visits and upsell opportunities.
• Prospect and open new doors to expand IDT/NRS presence.
• Onboard merchants, guide applications, provide light tech support.
• Handle operations: sales, cash collections, and telecom inventory in IDT system.
