Job summary

IDT Corporation’s Retail division is seeking a dynamic hybrid Retail Account Manager in the United States to grow the National Retail Solutions portfolio while maintaining IDT’s telecom and financial services offerings in the assigned territory. This role blends consultative selling with ongoing account management and requires travel to stores.

You will drive POS and merchant services sales, manage a weekly route, onboard customers, and support light technical issues.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail sales or customer-facing roles.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred to support diverse customers.
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable car, and be willing to travel door-to-door.
• Experience with Merchant Services/POS implementation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive NRS product sales of POS devices, merchant services, and cash advances to new/existing retail accounts.
• Visit stores on a planned weekly route to maintain relationships and upsell opportunities.
• Prospect and open new retail doors to expand IDT and NRS presence in the territory.
• Assist customers with merchant applications and basic usage/support for equipment.
• Manage sales, cash collections, and telecom card inventory using IDT's systems.
