Job summary

IDT Corporation / National Retail Solutions (NRS) is seeking a hybrid Retail Account Manager to drive sales of NRS POS devices, merchant services, and cash advances while managing and expanding the territory’s traditional telecom and financial services offerings. You’ll balance consultative selling with consistent account management.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail sales, outside sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable car.
• Comfortable using MS Office, CRM tools, tablets, and Bluetooth devices.

Responsibilities

• Drive NRS product sales by pitching POS devices, merchant services, and cash advances to retailers.
• Manage an assigned route with regular store visits and upsell opportunities.
• Open new retail doors by prospecting and door-to-door outreach.
• Onboard and support customers through the merchant application process and light tech support.
• Handle operations and inventory using IDT's accounting system.
