Job summary

IDT Corporation’s Retail division is seeking a driven Retail Account Manager to grow NRS sales and manage an assigned route while supporting Boss Revolution offerings in the territory. This hybrid role combines consultative selling with steady account management and field outreach to expand presence.

You will drive POS, merchant services, and cash-advance sales, manage store visits, onboard customers, and handle inventory and payments.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable car required.
• Comfortable with MS Office, CRM tools, tablets and Bluetooth equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive NRS product sales: pitch and close sales for POS devices, merchant services and cash advances to new and existing retail accounts.
• Manage an assigned route: visit retail stores weekly to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
• Open new retail doors: prospect and go door-to-door to grow IDT/NRS presence.
• Onboard & support customers: drive merchant applications and help store owners use services, with light tech support.
• Handle operations & inventory: manage sales, cash collections, and telecom card inventory using IDT's system.
