Job summary

IDT Corporation's National Retail Solutions (NRS) team is seeking a hybrid Retail Account Manager to grow a multi-product portfolio. You will drive NRS POS, merchant services, and cash advances while nurturing existing telecom and financial services accounts.

In this role you will visit retail stores on a regular route, prospect new doors, onboard customers, and support them through the merchant application process.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel daily.

Responsibilities

• Drive NRS product sales for POS, merchant services, and cash advances.
• Manage an assigned route visiting retail stores weekly.
• Open new retail doors and expand presence in territory.
• Onboard and support customers through merchant application process.
• Handle operations and inventory using IDT's accounting system.
