IDT Corporation / National Retail Solutions (NRS) is seeking a dynamic Retail Account Manager in a hybrid role. You will drive revenue by selling NRS POS, merchant services, and cash advances while also managing and growing our telecom and financial products in your territory.

You will balance consultative sales with ongoing account management, visiting stores weekly, onboarding clients, and supporting their operations through CRM tools and light tech support.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
• Willingness to travel door-to-door within territory daily.
• Tech-savvy with basic MS Office, tablets, and CRM tools.

Responsabilidades

• Drive NRS product sales for POS devices, merchant services, and cash advances.
• Manage assigned route with weekly store visits and upsell opportunities.
• Open new retail doors by prospecting and door-to-door outreach.
• Onboard and support customers through merchant application and light tech support.
• Handle operations including sales, cash collections, and inventory.
