Job summary

IDT Corporation / National Retail Solutions (NRS) is seeking a Retail Account Manager to drive growth across NRS POS, merchant services, and cash advances while also managing a territory and supporting traditional IDT products. This hybrid role blends consultative sales with ongoing account management for small businesses.

The RAM will visit stores weekly, onboard customers, process merchant applications, and handle inventory and payments.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, outside sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Fluent in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive NRS Product Sales: prospect, pitch, and close sales for NRS POS devices, merchant services, and cash advances.
• Manage an Assigned Route: visit retail stores weekly, ensure satisfaction, identify upsell opportunities.
• Open New Retail Doors: prospect and go door-to-door to expand IDT and NRS presence.
• Onboard & Support Customers: drive merchant application process and provide light tech support.
• Handle Operations & Inventory: manage sales, cash collections, and telecom card inventory using IDT's system.
