Job summary

IDT Corporation / National Retail Solutions (NRS) is hiring a hybrid Retail Account Manager to grow our POS, merchant services, and cash-advance portfolio while maintaining existing telecom and financial services products in the territory.

The RAM will manage a weekly retail route, visit stores, identify upsell opportunities, onboard customers, and provide light tech support. Must travel daily with a valid license and be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail sales, outside sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred to support diverse customer base.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable car, willing to travel door-to-door daily.

Responsibilities

• Drive NRS product sales for POS, merchant services, and cash advances.
• Manage an assigned route with regular store visits and upsell opportunities.
• Open new retail doors through prospecting and door-to-door outreach.
• Onboard and support customers through merchant applications and light tech support.
• Handle operations and inventory using IDT's accounting system.
