IDT Corporation’s Retail division seeks a hybrid Retail Account Manager (RAM) to grow NRS sales and manage a retail territory. You will drive revenue with POS, merchant services, and cash advances while maintaining IDT’s telecom offerings.

This role blends consultative selling with ongoing account management. The RAM will prospect, visit stores weekly, onboard merchants, and support customers through the application process, with a focus on building long-term relationships in a dynamic,

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, outside sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable car, and willingness to travel door-to-door within territory daily.
• Comfortable using basic MS Office, CRM tools, tablets, and Bluetooth equipment.
• A resilient, people-oriented professional with attention to detail and strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive NRS Product Sales: prospect, pitch, and close NRS POS, merchant services, and cash advances.
• Manage an Assigned Route: visit retail stores weekly; ensure satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
• Open New Retail Doors: prospect and go door-to-door to expand IDT/NRS presence.
• Onboard & Support Customers: drive merchant applications, explain services, provide light tech support.
• Handle Operations & Inventory: manage sales, cash collections, and telecom card inventory using IDT's system.
